Alternative Dispute Resolution Mediation [ADR]

In the practice of alternative dispute resolution, Kirpal & Associates has provided services to clients from around the globe, providing various avenues for clients to reach consensus grounds. This avenue allows each client to achieve decision faster and is more cost effective.

This procedure involves mediation in which an impartial third party, usually, experienced and senior District Judges, or retired Judges, to sit as an Arbitrator/ Mediator to hear the cases of the respective parties and resolve the dispute privately and in an amicable manner. The Attorney role in this case is to act as Settlement Counsel rather than Litigating Counsel.
