What type of cases do you handle?

Where are you located?

  • Our office is located at 50A Club Street, Singapore 069427. If you have any questions regarding our firm, please feel free to call, write and/or e-mail to us. Please also see Contact Us.


What are your office hours?

  • We operate from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, from Monday through Friday. Appointments on Saturdays are available subject to prior appointments fixed with the lawyer-in-charge. We do not operate on Sundays and Singapore's official public holidays. However, exceptions are made on urgent matters, with an applicable fees charged accordingly. Our lawyers also cater to special home appointments, prison visits and hospital visits on case-to-case requests.

What is your fee like?

  • One-Off Appointments

    There will be an initial consultation charge of $200.00 for one-off appointment. If we are the instructed solicitors, a cost package will be tailored to suit the extent of preparation for your matter, on a case-to-case basis.

    Hourly-Rated

    Our billings are based on hourly fee charged accordingly to the lawyer's time spent on your case which will include disbursements (if any). All chargeable fees will be explained to you during the first/initial meeting. No fees will be charged until agreed upon by you in advance. At times, a written fee agreement will prepared on the agreed terms.


What form of payment do you accept?

  • We accept payment vide cash, NETS, wire transfers and cheques.


Do you require a legal agreement before becoming involved with a case?

  • Yes. To avoid any misunderstanding regarding fees, the scope of our service, and the terms and conditions of our representation, we recommend that a written legal service agreement and warrant to act be signed.

 Do you accept after hours telephone calls

  • We have a 24-hour answering service for emergencies, with an attorney on call. Calls that cannot be assisted are answered in the morning the next day. Our telephone numbers is 65-2208289.
