Juvenile Crime

In cases where juveniles below the age of 16 years is arrested they will be brought before the Juveniles Court as governed by the Children of Young Persons Act. We make representation for such juveniles to allow them to make reparations to society, whether by way of community work, or by way of restitution, compensation and apology to the victim.
