What type of cases do you handle?

We represent a broad range of clients. We handle all types of personal
injury cases, criminal matters, and selectively represent clients
for other serious personal, business, professional, and governmental
matters. We evaluate each claim on a case-by-case basis.

What are your office hours?

Our normal office hours are 8:30 to 5:00 pm. Monday thru Friday.
Our virtual office is open 24 hours a day everyday of the year.
We have a 24-hour answering service for emergencies, with an attorney
on call. Calls that cannot be assisted are answered in the morning
the next day. Special appointments, home visits, and hospital visits
and appointments outside of normal business hours are considered
on a case-by-case basis. Firm holidays include New Years Day, Memorial
Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas
Day.
Do you charge for the initial appointment?

There is no charge for an initial appointment for personal injury,
criminal, traffic, and worker compensation matters.
What form of payment do you accept?

We accept master card, visa, cash, wire transfers, and checks. Depending
on the location of your bank and schedule for your case, we may
require a certified, cashiers check, or cash.
Do you require a legal agreement before becoming involved with a
case?

Yes. To avoid any misunderstanding regarding fees, the scope of
our service, and the terms and condition of our representation,
we will not represent anyone without a written legal service agreement.
